The CCN1 Appliances Initial Package Course is for gas engineers who are sitting their domestic ACS accreditation for the first time or who have let their existing domestic ACS expire for more than 12 months. From Monday 1st October , you must have been registered with the Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 6 months to add. Training Materials Training is NOT a pre-requisite for assessment although most candidates do elect training prior to the assessment. The CCN1 assessment takes the form of practical tests and multiple choice question papers. On successful completion of the course, candidates will be issued with the LCL Awards Certificate in Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1) and the appliances they have undertaken. Logic4training’s initial CCN1 and appliances course is for gas installers whose existing CCN1 has lapsed by more than 12 months. For candidates undertaking either of the Domestic Gas Heating Installer routes (experienced or new entrant) then the training and assessment package for CCN1 and CENWAT only, is included within the package price.
